Chef Hawley completed his initial formal culinary training at Seattle Central's Culinary Arts department. His experience includes various industry positions including Chef at the Meridian Valley Country Club. and Sous Chef at the Westin Hotel's Golden Lion Restaurant. Chef Hawley was involved in the planning and start up of SSCC's culinary training program and has been a faculty member since 1975
