Chef Hutter was graduated from Ecole Professionelle de Cuisine, Sion, Switzerland. He has extensive experience as Executive Chef in major hotels located in Switzerland, Spain, England, Canada and the United States. He is a Certified Executive Chef by the American Culinary Federation, and is a member of that organizations American Academy of Chefs, an honorary society that recognizes outstanding achievement. Chef Hutter was selected as Chef of the Year by the Washington State Chef's Association in 1976. He has been a member of the SSCC faculty since 1984
