Mr. McCabe holds and Associate of Applied Science Degree in Occupational Teacher Education, and completed the Hospitality Food Production Management program at SSCC. He has held various industry position, and immediately prior to joining SSCC was Banquet Captain, Maitre D', and Catering Manager for Marriott Corporation. Mr. McCabe has been a SSCC faculty member since 1985
